01 · First screen
The hero & the promise
Within seconds, the visitor must understand what you offer, who it is for and what concrete result they can expect.
Must include
A promise, a benefit and a primary CTA
Must avoid
Jargon, vague headlines and several goals
The right test: someone outside the project should understand the offer without scrolling.
02 · Relevance
Targeting & context
The page speaks to a defined audience, in their words, with their priorities and their level of knowledge. The visitor should recognise themselves at once.
Must include
A precise problem, a situation and an identifiable audience
Must avoid
A generic message that tries to speak to everyone
The more the audience feels understood, the less you have to push the sale.
03 · Credibility
Concrete proof
Work delivered, figures, testimonials, partners or demos make the promise credible and lower the perceived risk.
Must include
Verifiable proof, specific and close to the offer
Must avoid
Superlatives without facts and decorative logos
One strong proof placed early is worth more than ten late claims.
04 · Value
Ranked benefits
Features say what the offer does. Benefits explain what the client gains: time, clarity, image, revenue or simplicity.
Must include
Readable, concrete, client-focused outcomes
Must avoid
A long technical list with no tangible consequence
Every benefit should be able to answer the question: "and for me?"
05 · Projection
The method & the path
A clear method shows how you move from the current situation to the expected result. It makes the collaboration concrete and reassuring.
Must include
Few steps, a logical order and a visible result
Must avoid
A complex or overly detailed internal process
The visitor does not need to know everything. They need to know what happens next.
06 · Decision
The offer & its value
The offer gathers what is delivered, states the scope and gives enough clarity for a decision or a contact request.
Must include
An explicit scope, value and next step
Must avoid
Confusing options and essential conditions kept hidden
A clear offer shortens the time between interest and a decision.
07 · Action
The CTA & conversion
The button and the form turn attention into action. They must be visible, consistent with the promise and simple to complete.
Must include
A precise verb, few fields and a clear confirmation
Must avoid
Endless forms and generic CTAs
Every extra field must justify the friction it creates.
08 · Reassurance
Final reassurance
FAQ, privacy, contact details, response times and answers to objections reduce the last hesitations before getting in touch.
Must include
Honest answers to the questions that block a decision
Must avoid
Vague guarantees or essential notices that cannot be read
The FAQ is not filler: it handles the objections of your future clients.
